BDP A Weekend Fix – Reading Series
with Ben Fama (overture), Ricardo Domeneck, Alizee Lenox, and Mundi Vondi
With a diverse range of international actors, this Weekend Fix will bring together performance and poetry.
Beamed in from NYC, poet Ben Fama will give an overture to Alizee Lenox, who has been active in the poetry and visual art worlds, most recently through her PARALLAX reading series. Ricardo Domeneck is a Brazilian poet residing since many years in Berlin, his work has been translated into many languages including German with Körper: ein Handbuch (Verlagshaus, Berlin). Icelandic-wunderkind-growing-older-and-wiser-by-the-day, Mundi Vondi, will conclude proceedings in inimitable style.
BDP (Broken Dimanche Press) is a publishing house making books along the boundary of art and literature.

BDP A Weekend Fix – Reading Series
with Sophia Le Fraga, Shane Anderson, and Göksu Kunak presented by John Holten.
To round off this season of Tropez readings by the pool, this Sunday explores Berlin's fertile ground as a locus of poetic inspiration and place of work. In English, German and Turkish, this particular fix showcases the rich international and home talent of the literary crossroads that is Berlin.
BDP Broken Dimanche Press presents a series of readings, put together to offer fun and lively literary events with acclaimed Berlin based and international writers and performers. BDP is a European publishing house making books along the boundary of art and literature.
Sophia Le Fraga is a poet and artist. She is the author of several publications, including "Other Titles" (If a Leaf Falls, 2016) and "The Anti-Plays" (Gauss PDF, 2015), among others. Her practice has also seen her included in "This Known World" (MOCA), "Greater New York" (MoMA PS1; New York) and Performa 15 (New York). Le Fraga is the poetry editor of Imperial Matters and a member of Collective Task.
Shane Anderson lives and works in Berlin. He is the author of "Soft Passer" (Mindmade Books 2015) and "Études des Gottnarrenmaschinen" (Broken Dimanche Press, 2012). His poems, prosaic texts and translations have been published in a plethora of books, magazines and art publications. In 2016, he curated the festiva HERE! HERE! THERE! –linternationales literaturfestival berlin as part of the Berliner Festspiele. This year he took part in Skulptur Projekte Muenster as a writer in residence for "Münster: Kur und Kür".
Göksu Kunak, a.k.a Gucci Chunk, is a writer based in Berlin. Invited by Meg Stuart and Maria F. Scaroni, as a part of City Lights — a continuous gathering, ze had the pleasure to perform with amazing female artists of Berlin. Ze read zir texts at Bâtard Brussels 2016, Stadtsprachen Festival 2016, Poesie Festival 2017, Fuchsbau Festival 2017. The first Weekend Fix Happened in June:
Inger Wold Lund (Bergen, 1983) is a writer and artist based in Oslo. Lund is educated at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts; Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Stockholm; and Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Frankfurt am Main. She is the writer of two books in her native Norwegian published by Cappelen Damm and Flamme Forlag. A collection of her stories in English has been published by Ugly Duckling Presse. Recent exhibitions include The 9th Norwegian Sculpture Biannual, Oslo; M.I/mi1glissé, Berlin; Roberta, Frankfurt am Main, Museo Apparente, Napoli; Galerie Parisa Kind, Frankfurt am Main; Hordaland Art Center, Bergen; and INCA, Seattle. Lund is a current recipient of a work grant from The Relief Fund for Visual Artists (BKH)
Josep Maynou is a Berlin-based artist working in video, drawing, storytelling, carpets, art. Josep has shown his work internationally highlighting University of Oxford (UK), PS122 (NYC), Material art fair (Mexico city), Louis 21(Palma de Mallorca), Galerie Suvi Lehtinen and Transmediale (Berlin), among others. Josep creates solo performance work for live and web- based formats and has collaborated with artist Isabel Lewis. His multi-disciplinary approach comes together as a form of contemporary storytelling that situates itself beyond art often leading to installing his work in different contexts such as TV repair shops, private apartments, abandoned spaces, laundromats, and second-hand stores. Josep studied Fine Arts in Barcelona (UB), Porto (Facultade Belas Artes Porto) and London (Middlesex University).
